Alex's baggie of books

I got the feeling I wanted to read some fiction. Its been a long enough time I didn't know where to start.

I'm lucky I've got a sister in law who likes to read. She likes historical fiction, fantasy, and I can forgive an interest in romantic plots and subplots. I asked if she had recommendations from her favorites shelf she thought I'd like.

In response, she brought me a bag of books!

Some titles I get, and look forward to reading. Like The Alchemist, and The Elegance of the Hedgehog. I'm puzzled about some of these others. I'll ask her about them and look them up.

Its nice to have something to talk about with her. Books AND food!
